摘  要:研究了可溶性盐芯的分配比及其制造工艺。采用熔融浇注法制备盐芯,并对制备后的盐芯进行了抗弯强度测试,其抗弯强度最高可达到52.7MPa。对试样的断口表面进行了宏观与微观分析。结果表明,试样断裂面均不平整,部分试样存在明显的裂纹。微观分析表明,Ba^(2+)和SO_(4)^(2-)生成亮白色新相BaSO_(4)。此外,Al_(2)O_(3)的添加不仅可以细化NaCl相的尺寸,还使BaSO4相从块状转变成鱼骨状,起到弥散强化的作用,这是盐芯强度提高的重要机制。The distribution ratio of soluble salt core and its manufacturing process were investigated.The salt core was prepared by melt casting method,and the bending strength of the prepared salt core was tested.The bending strength can reach up to 52.7 MPa.The fracture surface of the sample was observed.Macro analysis shows that the fracture surfaces of the samples are uneven,and some samples have obvious cracks.Microscopic analysis reveals that Ba^(2+)and SO_(4)^(2-)can generate bright white new phase BaSO_(4).In addition,the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)can refine the size of NaCl phase,and lead to the transformation of BaSO_(4)phase from blocky to fishbone,playing a role of dispersion strengthening,which is an important mechanism for improving the strength of salt core.
