摘  要:某燃油调节器在外场服役时由于壳体开裂而发生漏油故障,通过理化检测、故障树分析、机理分析和故障复现的方法,对壳体开裂原因进行分析。结果表明,密封圈选用不合理,紧度偏大,壳体壁厚偏差,以及产品在装配过程中,受异常载荷等因素,致使壳体过载产生裂纹。针对故障原因提出了改进措施并通过验证试验,满足了装配和使用要求。Shell cracking and oil leakage failure occurs on a fuel regulator during field work,and the origination was analyzed through physical and chemical testing,fault tree analysis,mechanism analysis and fault recurrence method.The results indicate that the sealing ring selection is unreasonable with the large tightness and the poor shell wall thickness,and the product suffers abnormal load during assembly process,resulting in the shell overload crack.Improvement measures were proposed in view of failure cause,and verification tests was passed,meeting the assembly and use requirements.
