摘  要:研究了B化处理对工业纯铝的杂质元素含量与电导率的影响及其对Al-Zr耐热铝合金Zr、Ti、V含量的影响。结果发现,B可以和铝熔体中的过渡族元素发生反应,且Zr比Ti、V优先与B发生反应,反应后减少铝熔体中过渡族元素含量,从而提高纯铝电导率;B添加量为Ti、V元素含量总和的1~1.5倍时B化处理效果最佳。在制备Al-Zr耐热铝合金时,为防止Zr和B发生反应,流程上应在硼化处理结束后将熔体转移到其他容器中添加Zr。The effects of boronizing treatment on impurity element content and electric conductivity of industrial pure aluminum as well as Zr,Ti and V content of Al-Zr heat-resistant aluminum alloy were investigated.The results indicate that boron can react with transition group elements in aluminum melt,and Zr prefers to react with boron than Ti and V.After that,the content of transition group elements in the aluminum melt is reduced,thereby improving the electric conductivity.The boronizing treatment effect reaches desirable as the boron addition is 1~1.5 times of the sum of Ti and V elements.During the preparation of Al-Zr heat-resistant aluminum alloy,the melt should be transferred to other vessels to add Zr after the boronizing treatment in order to prevent reaction of Zr and B.
