摘 要:我国严寒和寒冷地区农村住宅建筑规模持续增加,但基本为自建,围护结构热工性能和室内热舒适性普遍较差。为响应“清洁取暖”和“双碳”目标号召,推动农宅向绿色宜居方向发展,对严寒和寒冷气候区农村住宅进行调研,分析农宅节能发展现状,确立农宅绿色宜居目标。在此基础上,采用DesignBuilder建立典型农宅模型,对提升目标约束下的围护结构热工性能和加设阳光间两种节能技术进行模拟研究,并进行经济效益分析。结果表明:为实现绿色宜居农宅目标,严寒和寒冷地区农宅围护结构热工性能需在当前标准基础上分别提升35%和40%,若增加阳光间则热工性能仅需提升20%和30%,并在第11~12年可收回提升改造成本。The scale of rural residential buildings in severe cold and cold regions in China continues to increase,but the thermal performance and indoor thermal comfort of building envelope are generally poor.In response to the“Clean Heating”and“Dual-Carbon Goals”(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China,the rural housing in severe cold and cold climate areas is investigated,the current situation of energy conservation development of rural housing is analyzed,and the goal of green and livable rural housing is established.On this basis,aiming at the severe cold and cold regions,a typical rural residential building model is established by using DesignBuilder to simulate two energy-saving technologies of improving the thermal performance of the envelope structure and adding a solar house under the target constraints,and analyze the economic benefits.The results show that the thermal performance of envelope structure in severe cold and cold regions needs to be improved by 35%and 40%based on the current standard in order to achieve the goal of green and livable rural housing.If solar house is added,the thermal performance only needs to be improved by 20%and 30%,and the cost of upgrading and reconstruction can be recovered in 11~12 year.
