摘  要:附加阳光间式太阳房在冬季的节能效果显著,但在夏季是否会导致建筑过热、冷负荷过大,需要具体分析。同时,如何通过自然通风等措施解决夏季过热问题需要进一步研究。利用DeST-h软件,选取位于银川和太原的建筑进行了室温计算和负荷分析,比较了太阳房和常规建筑全年的室温和负荷情况,并对夏季两地完全封闭式阳光间与逐时自然通风策略建筑的负荷情况进行了计算。结果表明:相比常规建筑,太阳房自然室温高,热负荷小,冷负荷大,夏季存在过热问题。夏季对阳光间进行逐时通风后,太阳房建筑冷负荷明显减小,建筑能耗降低。因此对于新建被动太阳房,可以考虑在夏季采用逐时通风、增加遮阳、优化阳光间进深等措施,以降低建筑冷负荷。The buildings with attached sunspace have remarkable energy saving effect in winter,but whether it will cause building overheating and excessive cold load in summer requires detailed analysis.Meanwhile,how to solve the problem of overheating in summer by means of natural ventilation and other measures needs further study.Using DeST-h software,the room temperature calculation and load analysis of buildings in Yinchuan and Taiyuan are carried out,the room temperature and load of solar house/conventional building are compared all the year round.The load of totally enclosed sunshine room and hourly natural ventilation strategic buildings in summer are calculated.The results show that compared with conventional buildings,solar houses have higher natural room temperature,smaller heating load,greater cooling load and problems of overheating in summer.After adopting hourly natural ventilation in summer,the building cooling load and building energy consumption of the solar house are significantly reduced.Therefore,for the construction of a new passive solar room,we can consider adopting measures such as hourly natural ventilation,increasing the sunshade,and optimizing the depth between the sunlight in summer to reduce the cooling load of the building.
