摘 要:近零能耗建筑的大力推广是降低建筑能源消费的有力措施,而围护结构的保温隔热性能更会直接影响建筑能耗水平与居住者舒适度。严寒地区的建筑室内地面会向室外传递大量热量,增加冬季建筑的采暖能耗。为探寻地面围护结构的传热机理,进而验证所设计构造的节能保温效果,采用严寒地区气候参数,利用热可视化方法,对近零能耗建筑的地面及其周边部位传热进行分析,以围护结构内表面温度以及建筑下方土壤温度为衡量条件,对所设计的地面围护结构进行评价。结果表明所设计的地面及其周边部位保温组合构造,可以有效解决墙角墙根处内表面温度过低现象,使内表面温度提升至17.35℃,在不增加室内向地下土壤传热的情况下,可以使建筑下方土壤温度升高约8.45℃。适宜的设置保温延长带还可以使建筑下方土壤不会冻结,减弱冻土对建筑的影响。通过热可视化和建筑构造节能设计的创新结合,为构造设计提出新思路,以期为近零能耗建筑的推广与设计创新提供新理论与新方法。The vigorous promotion of near-zero buildings is a value-added measure to reduce the energy consumption of buildings,and increasing the healthy image performance of the maintenance structure will directly affect the flexibility of the building and the comfort of visitors.The indoor floor of a building in a cold region transfers a lot of heat to the outside,increasing the heating energy consumption of the building in winter.Climate parameters in severe cold areas and thermal visualization methods are applied to analyze the heat transfer of near-zero free buildings and surrounding resources to protect the structure.The internal surface temperature and the building soil temperature are the measurement conditions,and the designed ground protection structure is evaluated.The internal surface temperature is increased to 17.35℃,and the building temperature can be increased by about 8.45℃without increasing the transmission of heat from the room to the underground soil,reducing the impact of frozen soil on buildings.Through the innovative combination of thermal visualization and building energy-saving design,new ideas for structural design are proposed,with a view to providing new theories and innovations for the promotion and design innovation of near-zero free buildings.
