摘 要:针对湖南黄金洞金矿多变产状矿体传统采矿方法效率低、机械化程度低、回采率低、安全风险高等缺点,基于上向水平分层充填采矿法和倾斜竖分条采矿法优点研究提出了复合型充填采矿法,开发了共用采准工程系统进行分区分条分层联合采矿,有效避免了人员在高顶板下作业的安全风险,实现了安全高效机械化开采,采场生产能力提高至86t/d,采矿损失率小于6.3%,贫化率小于5%,综合采矿成本为74.1元/t,较之前降低了15.4元/t,具有较好的推广前景。In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency,low mechanization,low recovery rate and high safety risk of traditional mining methods for variable occurrence ore bodies in Huangjindong Gold Mine,Hunan Province,based on the advantages of upward horizontal slicing and filling mining method and inclined vertical slice mining method,a compound mining method was proposed,and a sharing mining preparation engineering system was developed to carry out the combined mining by sections and layers.The safety risk of personnel working under high roof was effectively avoided and the safe and efficient mechanized mining was realized.The results show that the production capacity of the stope is increased to 86t/d,the mining loss rate is less than 6.3%,the dilution rate is less than 5%,and the comprehensive mining cost is 74.1RMB/t,which is 15.4RMB/t lower than before.The compound mining method studied has a good popularization prospect.
