摘 要:针对非煤矿山普遍存在的回风井污风中NOx、SO_(2)等有毒有害气体浓度超标问题,以某矿西回风井为工程背景,提出了一种“活性炭-CaO-SDA干法”联合净化系统。通过实验室试验,阐明了该系统的反应原理,得出在不同温度条件下活性炭颗粒粒径、CO浓度与NO、SO_(2)浓度的曲线变化关系。同时,进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明:回风中NO、SO_(2)等有害气体浓度经过该系统净化处理后,达到了排放标准;NO、SO_(2)的气体浓度与活性炭颗粒粒径、CO浓度存在最佳耦合点,在1050℃时,对NO的净化效率最佳。Aiming at the problem of excessive concentration of toxic and harmful gases such as NOxand SO_(2)in the return air shaft in non-coal mines,a combined purification system of“activated Carbon-CaO-SDA dry method”was proposed,taking the west return air shaft of a mine as the engineering background.Through laboratory tests,the reaction principle of the system was clarified,and the relationships among the particle size of activated carbon particles and CO concentration with NO,SO_(2)concentrations under different temperature conditions was obtained.At the same time,industrial tests were also carried out.The test results show that the concentration of harmful gas such as NO and SO_(2)in the return air has reached the emission standard after purification by the system.There is an optimal coupling point among the concentrations of NO and SO_(2),the particle size of activated carbon and the concentration of CO,and the purification efficiency of NO is the best at 1050℃.
