摘  要:铜精矿粉采样机是有色企业矿粉自动采样的关键装备。在插入料堆时由于矿粉自重和挤压作用,钎杆前端会形成一段压实的矿粉段,产生粉塞效应,从而直接影响采样效果。为分析产生粉塞的原因,推导出了粉塞长度计算公式,建立了矿粉颗粒的离散元模型,仿真分析了钎杆采样过程并得出:粉塞长度L与粉塞阻尼系数呈反比,与钎杆内截面面积(周长)呈正比的结论。分析了粉塞效应对钎杆结构参数设计的影响,计算出了钎杆内径取值范围及在给定钎杆参数条件下粉塞最小长度为56.35mm,45°<钎杆端部倾角β<60°时取样效果最佳,钎杆开口方向在锐角侧为宜。Copper concentrate powder sampling machine is the key equipment for automatic sampling of ore powder in nonferrous enterprises.Due to the self-weight and extrusion effect of the ore powder,a compacted ore powder section will be formed at the front end of the drill rod,resulting in a powder blocking effect,which directly affects the sampling effect.In order to analyze the cause of the powder blocking,the formula for calculating the length of the powder blocking was derived,and the discrete element model of the mineral powder particles was established.The sampling process of the drill rod was simulated and analyzed.It was concluded that the length L of the powder blocking was inversely proportional to the damping coefficient of the powder blocking,and was proportional to the cross-sectional area(perimeter)in the drill rod.The influence of the powder blocking effect on the design of the structural parameters of the drill rod was analyzed.The range of the inner diameter of the drill rod was calculated.Under the given parameters of the drill rod,when the minimum length of the powder blocking was 56.35mm,and the end angle of the drill rod was between 45°and 60°,the sampling effect was the best,and the opening direction of the drill rod was appropriate on the acute angle side.
