摘　　要：新建民用机场飞机运行发生故障导致坠落时,存在撞击核电厂并影响设施安全的可能性,该文在新建民用机场选址程序中,通过研究核电厂外部人为事件调查与评价程序,基于初步筛选提出新建机场选址与核电厂影响研究程序。该文基于进离场程序、与核电厂距离、起降架次等因素,确定新建民用机场是否为核电厂人为事件危险源,为新建民用机场与核电厂的影响研究提供解决途径。When aircraft falls due to operation failure,there is a possibility of impacting the nuclear power plant and affecting the safety of facilities.In the site selection procedure of civil airport,this paper proposes civil airport site selection and nuclear power plants impact research procedure based on preliminary screening by studying the procedure for investigation and evaluation to external hunman-induced events of nucler power plants.This paper determines whether the airport is a risk source of external hunman-induced events for nuclear power plants based on sid star procedure,the distance from nuclear power plants,aircraft movements,and provide a solution for the impact research of civil airports and nuclear power plants.
