摘 要:大型炼化一体化企业燃料气系统呈现出燃料气供气点多、燃料气供需不平衡、系统易波动等特点,对装置加热炉热效率和环保排放造成了影响,给装置的安全平稳运行带来了极大的挑战。通过采取优化燃料气系统管网设计、回收燃料气中高附加值组分、控制燃料气排放、回收火炬气、构建以燃料气系统热值平衡和运行效益最大化为目标的生产优化模型并对其进行信息化监控和智能化控制等一系列组合措施,实现了加热炉的安全平稳运行和燃料气资源的优化利用,达到了节能减排、降本增效、提高企业竞争力的目的。The fuel gas system of large-scale refining and chemical integrated enterprises presents characteristics such as multiple supply points of fuel gas,imbalanced supply and demand of fuel gas,and easy fluctuation of the system,which affects the thermal efficiency and environmental emissions of heating furnaces of the unit,and also poses great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the unit.By adopting a series of combined measures such as optimizing the design of fuel gas system pipeline network,recovering high value-added components in fuel gas,controlling fuel gas emissions,recovering flare gas,and constructing a production optimization model with the goal of balancing the heat value of the fuel gas system and maximizing operational benefit and implementing information monitoring and intelligent control on it,the safe and stable operation of heating furnaces and optimized utilization of fuel gas resources have been achieved,achieving the goals of energy conservation and emission reduction,cost reduction and benefit increase,and improving enterprise competitiveness.
