摘  要:分析了重整生成油中烯烃的组成及产生机理,介绍了国内外重整生成油中烯烃脱除技术的研究进展。重整生成油中的烯烃以C_(5)~C_(7)烯烃为主。烯烃含量与重整催化剂类型及反应的苛刻度有关。颗粒白土精制和分子筛催化精制均为非临氢工艺,遵循碳正离子反应机理,主要发生烷基化反应和叠合反应,产物终馏点升高,重组分产量增加。使用贵金属脱烯烃催化剂的选择性加氢精制技术,其单程寿命明显高于白土和分子筛催化剂,是今后的发展趋势。The composition and production mechanism of olefins in reformate are analyzed,and the research progress of olefins removal technology in reformate at home and abroad is summarized.The olefins in reformate are mainly C_(5)~C_(7),and the content is related to the type of reforming catalyst and the severity of the reaction.Both particle clay refining and molecular sieve catalytic refining are non-hydrogenation processes,which follow the reaction mechanism of carbonium ion,and mainly occur alkylation and polymerization.The final boiling point of the product and the yield of heavy components increase.The selective hydrorefining technology using noble metal catalyst for olefins removal is the development trend in the future,which has a significantly longer cycle length than clay and molecular sieve catalyst.
