摘 要:介绍了异构化催化剂Oparis^(Next)在某芳烃装置上的工业应用情况,分析比较了Oparis^(Next)催化剂与I-400催化剂在装置运行期间1,4-二甲苯转化率、乙苯转化率以及C_(8)芳烃损失率情况,并对操作优化进行了阐述。结果表明:与I-400催化剂相比,Oparis^(Next)催化剂异构化活性高,1,4-二甲苯转化率平均高0.35百分点,乙苯转化率平均高2.66百分点,C_(8)芳烃损失率平均低0.03百分点;在投料后前半年内催化剂活性下降较快,之后趋于稳定;在催化剂初次开工投料时,适当降低反应压力或采用低乙苯、较高C_(8)环烷含量的混合C_(8)芳烃投料,可明显降低投料时的反应温升和氢气消耗;根据装置新鲜进料组成的变化来调整异构化反应操作参数,可以避免催化剂活性的浪费,延长催化剂使用寿命。This article introduces the industrial application of the isomerization catalyst Oparis^(Next)in an aromatics unit,analyzes and compares the isomerization rate of xylene,conversion rate of ethylbenzene,and loss rate of C_(8)aromatics of Oparis^(Next)catalyst and I-400 catalyst during the operation of the unit,and elaborates on the optimization of operation.The results show that compared with the I-400 catalyst,the Oparis^(Next)catalyst has advantages such as high isomerization activity,an average increase of 0.35 percentage points in conversion rate,an average increase of 2.66 percentage points in ethylbenzene conversion rate,an average decrease of 0.03 percentage points in C_(8)aromatic hydrocarbon loss rate,and stable performance.The catalyst activity decreased rapidly in the first half year after feeding,and then tended to be stable.The reaction temperature rise and hydrogen consumption can be significantly reduced by appropriately reducing reaction pressure or using mixed C_(8)aromatics with low ethylbenzene and high C_(8)naphthenic content during the initial feeding of catalyst.Adjusting the operating parameters of isomerization reaction according to the change of fresh feed composition can avoid the waste of catalyst activity and prolong the service life.
