摘 要:预测分析了洛浦县中长期(2030年)农业、工业、生活等各业用水水平,提出各业应达到的节水目标。其中,规划年高效节水灌率达到83.9%,高于全疆年高效节灌发展速度;灌区综合灌溉水利用系数由0.58提高至0.62;灌区毛综合灌溉定额至2030年647m^(3)/亩,小于用水总量控制方案指标2030年700m^(3)/亩;万元工业增加值用水定额由现状年65 m^(3)/10^(4)元降低至规划年40m^(3)/10^(4)元。This paper forecasts and analyzes the water use level of agriculture,industry,life and other industries in Lop County in the medium and long term(2030),and puts forward the water-saving goals that should be achieved by all industries.Among them,the planned annual efficient and water-saving irrigation rate reached 83.9%,which is higher than the annual development speed of efficient and water-saving irrigation in Xinjiang.The comprehensive irrigation water utilization coefficient of the irrigation area has been increased from 0.58 to 0.62.The gross comprehensive irrigation quota of the irrigation area is 647 m^(3)/mu by 2030,which is less than the total water use control plan indicator of 700 m^(3)/mu by 2030.The water quota for industrial added value of 10000 yuan has been reduced from 65 m^(3)in the current year to 40 m^(3)in the planned year.
