摘  要:根据阶梯溢流坝整体水工模型试验的成果,阶梯溢流坝面滑掠水流的机理和技术特征,滑掠水流与重力流的性质完全不同。经分析研究总结形成了有新的技术观点支撑的、有水工模型试验为依据的、具有普遍适用性的阶梯消能率计算公式和参数,得出结论和建议,供工程设计人员建造泄水工程阶梯消能工时使用。According to the results of the overall hydraulic model test of the stepped overflow dam,the mechanism and technical characteristics of sliding flow on stepped overflow dam surface,the properties ofsliding flow and gravity flow are completely different.After analysis and research,a formula and parameter for calculating the stepped energy dissipation rate,supported by new technical viewpoints,based on hydraulic model experiments,and with universal applicability,have been formed.The conclusions and suggestions can be used by engineering designers to construct stepped energy dissipation hours for water release projects.
