摘  要:两河口水电站4号贝雷桥原荷载等级为汽-60级,使用0.5 a后,因自然环境、高强度运行、超载超限及设计缺陷等因素,导致桥梁某处结构破坏,无法使用。经理论计算,通过恢复损坏的桁架,并采取改变弦杆结构、加强K型节点、加固桁架端节段等方式,可恢复并加固桥梁结构,以此将桥梁荷载等级提高至汽-80级,进而增强桥梁承运能力。桥梁改造完成后,共运行了4.5 a,承担约1500×10^(4)m^(3)石料运输,期间桥梁维修量少,维护成本低,桥梁状况整体良好。The original load level of No.4Bailey Bridge at Lianghekou Hydropower Station is steam level 60.After six months of use,due to factors such as natural environment,high-strength operation,overloading and design defects,a certain structure of the bridge was damaged and unable to be used.According to theoretical calculations,the bridge structure can be restored and strengthened by restoring the damaged truss and adopting methods such as changing the chord structure,strengthening K-shaped nodes,and strengthening the truss end segments.It increases the load level of the bridge to the steam 80 level,thereby enhancing the bridge's carrying capacity.After the completion of bridge renovation,it operated for a total of 4.5 years and was responsible for transporting approximately 1500×10^(4)m^(3)of stone materials.During this period,the number of bridge repairs was small,the maintenance cost was low,and the overall condition of the bridge was good.
