摘  要:某供水工程35标段工程建设涉及多段隧洞的爆破、支护、衬砌等施工程序。该工程隧洞的单头掘进距离最长达1.3 km,隧洞的通风散烟除尘有困难。通过计算隧洞施工的通风量、风压、电机容量等选定适宜的通风管、风机型号以及通风方式。工程0.5 km以下长度采用压入式通风;0.5 km以上射流+混合式通风方式;隧洞内每500 m安装射流风机由外向内送风。这种组合通风方式确保了工程的正常施工。The construction of Section 35 of a certain water supply project involves blasting,support,lining and other construction procedures of multiple tunnels.The single head excavation distance of the tunnel in this project is up to 1.3 km,and it is difficult to ventilate and remove smoke and dust in the tunnel.Suitable ventilation pipes,fan models,and ventilation methods were selected by calculating the ventilation volume,wind pressure,and motor capacity during tunnel construction.The length of the project below 0.5 km adopts pressure ventilation,while the length above 0.5 km adopts jet+mixed ventilation.Jet fans are installed every 500 m in the tunnel to supply air from the outside to the inside.This combined ventilation method ensures the normal construction of the project.
