摘　　要：国家交通行政管理部门于2017年11月发布了公路工程标准施工招标文件。根据相关规定,依法必须进行招标的公路工程应当使用《公路工程标准文件》(2018年版)。该标准施工招标文件对招标人编制招标文件起到了很大的作用。但标准施工招标文件的有些需要填空的内容未列得详尽。从商务文件、工程量清单计量规则、技术规范等方面详细说明编制公路工程施工招标文件时应注意的事项,提出建议。The national transportation administrative department released the standard construction bidding documents for highway engineering in November 2017.According to relevant regulations,highway projects that require bidding according to law should use"Highway Engineering Standard Documents"(2018 version).This standard construction bidding document has played a significant role in the preparation of bidding documents by the tenderer.However,some of the contents that need to be filled in the blank in the standard construction bidding documents are not listed in detail.This paper provides a detailed explanation of the matters that should be paid attention to when preparing the bidding documents for highway engineering construction from aspects such as business documents,measurement rules for the bill of quantities,and technical specifications,and puts forward suggestions.
