摘  要:结合CAD,提出了一种基于电子图纸的钣金件快速视觉定位技术。依据CAD的俯视图得到钣金件的边缘轮廓模板,同时搜索钣金图像金字塔进行模板匹配,从而提高了模板匹配的速度。针对边缘不清晰及边缘不完整等问题,以内轮廓为模板,依据内轮廓的相对位置关系求取工件中心点,得到钣金件方位的精确值。最后实验验证该方法的准确率和稳定性,误差在4mm内,满足工业生产需求。Combined with CAD,a rapid visual positioning of sheet metal parts based on electronic drawings is proposed.The edge contour template of sheet metal parts is obtained according to the top view of CAD,and the template matching is carried out by searching the gold tower of sheet metal image,thus improving the speed of template matching.In terms of the problem of unclear edge or incomplete edge,the center point of the workpiece is obtained by taking the inner contour as template and according to the relative position of the inner contour,the exact value of the sheet metal orientation is obtained.Finally,the accuracy and stability of the method are verified by experiments,and the error is within 4mm,which can meet the needs of industrial production.
