摘　　要：为提升病案利用率与医疗服务质量,面向医院海量的非结构化数据,以Hadoop架构为技术支撑,设计出信息化病案自动管理系统。利用本地数据层与全局信息层,构建Hadoop分布式文件系统存储框架。采用系统管理、病患管理、权限管理以及病案管理与统计等多个功能模块,设计信息化病案自动管理系统。并将该系统应用于某市一家二级甲等医院,经黑盒测试的系统功能检测结果检验,所设计系统实操结果均达到预期目标;根据系统的伸缩性、并行性以及应用性检测结果可知,该系统性能优势显著,具备投入实际应用条件。In order to improve the utilization rate of medical records and the quality of medical services,an information-based automatic medical record management system is designed for the massive unstructured data of the hospital and with Hadoop architecture as the technical support.The Hadoop distributed file system storage framework is constructed by using the local data layer and the global information layer.An information-based automatic medical record management system is designed by using multiple functional modules such as system management,patient management,authority management,medical record management and statistics.The system is applied to a class II class a hospital in a city.The system function test results of black box test show that the practical operation results of the designed system meet the expected objectives.According to the scalability,parallelism and application test results of the system,the system has significant performance advantages and has the conditions for practical application.
