摘  要:在电力系统发生大功率缺额事故时,为实现电网的快速控制,提出基于隐马尔科夫的电网大容量功率缺额协调控制方法。利用隐马尔科夫模型分析模块的多个测量值,评估电网大容量功率缺额状态。根据评估结果,采用自动电压控制与主动电压控制相结合的方法,计算事前变压器的控制优先级,确定该轮参与调节的变压器,调节其功率目标值。通过控制中心发送档位调节指令,实施电网大容量功率缺额协调控制。仿真结果表明:该方法电网状态评估准确率高达98%,仅用25s就恢复电网频率稳态,保证了电网稳定性。In order to realize the rapid control of the power grid,a coordinated control method of large-capacity power shortage in the power grid based on hidden Markov is proposed.The hidden Markov model is used to analyze the multiple measured values of the module to evaluate the large-capacity power shortage state of the power grid.According to the evaluation results,the control priority of transformers in advance is calculated by combining automatic voltage control with active voltage control,and the transformers involved in this round are determined to adjust their power target values.Through the control center,the gear adjustment instruction is sent to implement the coordinated control of large-capacity power shortage in the power grid.The simulation results show that the accuracy of this method is as high as 98%,and it takes only 25s to restore the steady state of power grid frequency and ensure the stability of power grid.
