摘　　要：为了进一步加强临床胰岛制备技术的规范化程度,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织国内多家开展胰岛移植工作的中心和本领域专家,在大量实践和充分探讨的基础上,针对胰岛制备中供者胰腺筛选、胰腺获取、胰腺保存、胰腺消化、胰岛纯化及胰岛培养和胰岛质量鉴定等方面的技术,制订了此操作规范。In order to further improve the standardized procedure of clinical islet preparation,the Chinese Society for Organ Transplantation organized domestic islet transplantation centers and experts in this field to develop technical operation specifications for clinical islet preparation in terms of donor pancreas screening,pancreas acquisition,pancreas preservation,pancreas digestion,islet purification and islet culture,and islet quality identification based on extensive practice and thorough discussions.
