摘 要:为了探究柳蒿饲用分株繁殖的最佳种植密度,提高其产量,试验将2019年5月24日采集的野生柳蒿分株种植于黑龙江省农业科学院畜牧兽医分院试验基地,采用随机区组试验设计,分别设置8.3万株/hm~2(行株距为30 cm×40 cm)、11.1万株/hm~2(行株距为30 cm×30 cm)、16.7万株/hm~2(行株距为20 cm×30 cm)、25.0万株/hm~2(行株距为20 cm×20 cm)4个处理,每个处理3个重复,穴播,每穴2株,小区面积为15 m~2(3 m×5 m)。移栽后浇透水,后期根据降雨干旱情况浇水,保证生长良好,不施肥。于2021年6月25日测定株高、每平方米株数、单株叶片数、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、鲜草产量、干草产量各项指标,并对各项指标进行相关性分析和线性回归分析。结果表明:每平方米株数随种植密度的增加而升高;株高、茎粗、叶宽、鲜草产量、干草产量随种植密度的增加而降低。每平方米株数与种植密度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);干草产量、叶宽与种植密度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);株高、鲜草产量、茎粗与种植密度呈显著负相关(P<0.05);干草产量与种植密度的回归方程为Y=5 898.55-232.95X_(7)+5.12X^(2)_(7)(Y表示干草产量,X_(7)表示种植密度)。说明种植密度对柳蒿分株繁殖产量影响明显,当种植密度为8.3万株/hm~2时干草产量最高,为4 353.33 kg/hm~2。建议柳蒿饲用分株繁殖适宜的种植密度为8.3万株/hm~2。In order to explore the optimal planting density for forage ramet propagation of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.and improve its yield,the wild Artemisia selengensis Turcz.collected on May 24,2019 were planted in the experimental base of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Branch of the Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The experiment adopted a randomized block experimental design in which 83 000 plants/hm~2(row spacing 30 cm×40 cm),111 000 plants/hm~2(row spacing 30 cm×30 cm),167 000 plants/hm~2(row spacing 20 cm×30 cm),and 250 000 plants/hm~2(row spacing 20 cm×20 cm) were set respectively.There were four treatments with three repetitions in each treatment.The experiment adopted acupoint seeding with 2 plants per hole,and the plot area was 15 m~2(3 m×5 m).The plant of of Artemisia selengensis Turcz.needs to be watered thoroughly after transplanting,and the amount of watering in the later period is determined according to rainfall and drought conditions to ensure good growth without fertilization.On June 25th,2021,various indicators were measured,such as plant height,number of plants per square meter,number of leaves per plant,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,fresh yield,dry yield,etc.And correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted.The results showed that the number of plants per square meter increased with the increase of planting density.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf width,fresh yield and dry yield decreased with the increase of planting density.The number of plants per square meter was positively correlated with the planting density(P<0.01).Hay yield and leaf width were negatively correlated with planting density(P<0.01).Plant height,fresh yield and stem diameter were negatively correlated with planting density(P<0.05).The regression equation between dry yield and planting density was Y=5 898.55-232.95X_7+5.12X^(2)_(7)(Y:dry yield,X_7:planting density).The results indicated that the planting density had an obvious effect on the ramet reproduction yield of Artemisia
