摘 要:柔性低频交流输电应用于中远距离海上风电送出具有技术经济优势,研究其输送能力对确定系统参数和方案具有重要参考意义。文中分析了约束海上风电柔性低频交流送出系统输送能力的电压、电流条件,推导建立了由最大输送功率和最远输送距离描述的输送能力计算方法;计算了220 kV和330 kV系统的输送能力,分析了系统频率和海缆截面的影响。结果表明,选择12.5~30 Hz频率范围、最大1200 mm^(2)海缆截面,离岸距离为250 km时,单回220 kV和330 kV系统输送的风电场最大容量分别约为200~400 MW和200~570 MW。实际风电场柔性低频交流送出系统的参数还应在经济性分析的基础上具体确定。Flexible low-frequency AC transmission systems have technological and economic advantages when applied to mediumand long-distance offshore wind power transmission.The study of power transmission capacity is an important reference for determining system parameters and schemes.In this paper,the voltage and current constraints of the flexible low-frequency AC transmission system for offshore wind power are analyzed.A transmission capacity calculation method described by the maximum transmission power and the longest transmission distance is derived.The transmission capacities of 220 kV and 330 kV systems are calculated,and the influences of the transmission frequency and submarine cable cross section are analyzed.The results show that selecting 12.5~30 Hz transmission frequency and maximum 1200 mm^(2) submarine cable cross section,the maximum capacity of wind farms delivered by 220 kV and 330 kV systems are 200~400 MW and 200~570 MW,respectively,for the offshore distance of 250 km.The actual parameters of the flexible low-frequency AC transmission system for offshore wind power are determined specifically on the basis of economic analysis.
