摘  要:针对现有多端口电力电子变压器磁性元件体积大、功率变换单元多、成本高的问题,提出基于磁集成的三端口拓扑及控制策略。将传统拓扑的6个桥臂电感和大量的高频变压器集成为3个集成变压器,从而减小磁性元件体积。在变压器副边绕组接1个三相桥即可构建低压直流端口,极大地减少功率变换单元数目。利用桥臂电压的直流、工频和高频分量分别控制中压直流、中压交流和低压直流端口功率,实现多端口功率调控。为提高中压直流端口电能质量,将桥臂电压的高频分量设计为三相对称的六阶梯波,使其激发的电流分量在三相回路中相互抵消,从而实现中压直流端口高频电流纹波消除。最后,建立了4 MW仿真模型进行验证,结果证明了所提拓扑和控制策略的有效性。Aiming at the problems of large magnetic component volume,multiple power conversion units and high cost of the existing multi-port power electronic transformer(PET),this paper proposes a three-port topology and its control strategy based on magnetic integration.To reduce the volume of the magnetic component,six arm inductors and multiple high-frequency(HF)transformers in the traditional topology are simplified into three integrated transformers.The low-voltage direct current(LVDC)port can be obtained by connecting a three-phase bridge to the secondary winding of the transformer,thus saving a great number of power conversion units.To achieve multi-port power control,the DC,line-frequency and HF components of the arm voltage are used to control the power at medium-voltage DC(MVDC),medium-voltage AC(MVAC)and LVDC ports,respectively.To improve the power quality of the MVDC port,the HF component of the arm voltage is designed as a three-phase symmetrical sixstep waveform,so that the current components excited by it could cancel each other in the three-phase circuit,thus the HF current ripple of the MVDC port can be eliminated.Finally,a 4 MW simulation model is established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology and its control strategy.
