湿润烧伤膏在肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏在肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的80例拟行肛周脓肿切开引流术治疗的肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组患者肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面采用中药消痔洗剂联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组患者肛周脓肿切开引流术后创面采用中药消痔洗剂联合乳酸依沙吖啶治疗,对比观察两组患者术后创面疼痛程度、分泌物分泌情况、肉芽组织生长情况以及创面愈合率与创面愈合时间。结果 术后第7、14天,治疗组患者创面疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(Z=-2.506、-2.912,P=0.012、0.004)。术后第7、14、21天,治疗组患者创面分泌物评分均明显低于对照组(Z=-2.622、-2.874、-2.507,P=0.009、0.004、0.012)。术后第14天,治疗组患者创面肉芽组织评分明显低于对照组(Z=-2.774,P=0.006)。术后第21天,治疗组患者创面愈合率明显高于对照组(t=2.372,P=0.020)。治疗组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(t=9.176,P<0.001)。结论 与乳酸依沙吖啶相比,湿润烧伤膏更能有效减轻肛周脓肿术后创面疼痛,促进肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间。Objective To study the effect of applying MEBO in the postoperative wounds of incision and drainage of perianal abscess.Methods 80 patients with perianal abscess,who admitted into The Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the incision and drainage procedure of perianal abscess between January2018 and December 2020,were enrolled as research subjects,and divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40) using the random number table.The postoperative wounds of patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhongyao Xiaozhi Xiji(a Chinese medicine lotion used to alleviate hemorrhoids) and MEBO,while the postoperative wounds of patients were treated with Zhongyao Xiaozhi Xiji plus Ethacridine Lactate in the control group.The wound pain degree,secretion,growth condition of granulation tissues,wound healing rate and wound healing time of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Respectively on day 7 and 14 after operation,the pain scores of patients in the treatment group were obviously lower than that in the control group(Z=-2.506 and-2.912,P=0.012 and 0.004).Respectively on day 7,14 and 21 after operation,the wound secretion scores of patients were also all obviously lower in the treatment group compared with the control group(Z=-2.622,-2.874 and-2.507,P=0.009,0.004 and 0.012).On day 14 after operation,the score of granulation tissue growth condition was markedly lower in the treatment group(Z=-2.774,P=0.006).On day 21 after operation,the wound healing rate of patients was obviously higher in the treatment group(t=2.372,P=0.020).The wound healing time of patients was markedly shorter in the treatment group(t=9.176,P 0.001).Conclusion Compared with Ethacridine Lactate,MEBO is more effective in alleviating postoperative wound pain of perianal abscess,promoting the growth of granulation tissues,and shortening wound healing time.
