摘　　要：衡钢钢管公司管加工分厂2#热处理生产线的水淬装置于2007年投产,当时因为对石油钢管热处理的认识不足及淬火后钢管的要求不高,旋转支撑轮采用链条传动,外淋喷管采用钢弯曲成U型直流喷管,原设备使用过程中常出现掉管、旋转不同步,淬火后的钢管出现不同程度的缺陷,而且设备故障率高,造成非正常停机,维护成本增加,运营成本加大。近年来,随着淬火工艺及设备的不断发展,淬火技术也在不断提高,国内各个厂商都在向着节能、无故障、免维护、降低设备运营成本等方向而不断努力。结合衡钢管加工2#热处理生产线的实际情况,利用新技术进行改造,将旋转支撑轮的链条传动改为双驱动直连式,将钢弯曲U型直流外淋喷管升级改造为莱克勒柱形喷嘴。改造后,热处理产品性能大为改善,效果良好。The water quenching device of the 2# heat treatment production line in the pipe processing branch of Hengyang Valin Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd was put into operation in 2007.At that time,due to the lack of understanding of the heat treatment of petroleum steel pipes and the low requirements of the quenched steel pipes,the rotating support wheel was driven by chain,the external spray nozzle was a U-shaped DC spray nozzle bended by steel.The original equipment has the problems of pipe drop and rotation asynchronism during the use process,the quenched steel pipe has different degrees of defects,and the equipment failure rate is high,resulting in abnormal shutdown,increased maintenance costs,and increased equipment operation costs.In recent years,with the continuous development of quenching technology and equipment,the quenching technology has also been improved.Domestic manufacturers have made continuous efforts towards energy saving,trouble-free,maintenance-free,and reducing the operating cost of equipment.Combined with the actual situation of the 2#heat treatment production line of Hengyang Valin Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd,the new technology has been used for transformation,the rotating support wheel has been changed to the double-drive direct-connected type,and the external spray nozzle has been upgraded to the Lechler cylindrical nozzle.After these transformation,the performance of heat treatment product is greatly improved and the effect is good.
