摘  要:重型铝型材拉伸矫直机已成为工业铝型材产品生产不可或缺的重要工艺装备之一,要求其具备结构简单、工作可靠、操作方便等特点。针对重型铝型材拉伸矫直机的使用要求,通过对其结构形式的介绍,着重对主要关键技术进行分析研究,通过理论分析,建立了拉伸机钳口的受力模型和计算公式,从而得出被拉伸的型材的预夹紧力以及防滑脱条件。同时对拉伸机机架浮动缓冲问题、上下钳口同步问题以及通讯问题等主要关键技术进行了分析研究,并提出了具体的解决方案。The stretching and straightening machine for heavy-duty aluminum profile has become one of the indispensable technological equipment for the production of industrial aluminum profile products.It is required to have the characteristics of simple structure,service reliability and convenient operation.According to the operating requirements of the stretching and straightening machine for heavy-duty aluminum profile,by means of the introduction of its structural form,focusing on the analysis and research on the main key technologies,the force model and calculation formula of the jaws of the stretching and straightening machine are established after theoretical analysis,thus the preclamping force and slippage prevention conditions of the stretched profile are worked out.At the same time,the main key technologies such as the floating buffering of the rack,the synchronization of the upper and lower jaws and the communication issues of the stretching and straightening machine are analyzed and studied,and the specific solutions are put forward.
