摘　　要：宽厚板高强矫直机所需矫直板材的规格范围大、强度性能高,采用单一的矫直方案已无法满足矫直需求,因此针对不同规格板材的矫直特点,制定由多种矫直方案组成的矫直策略是论证设备能力、开展结构设计、制定矫直工艺的重要前提。The plates to be straightened by the high-strength straightening machine for wide and thick plates have a wide range of specifications and high strength,a single straightening plan can no longer meet the needs.Therefore,developing a straightening strategy consisting of multiple straightening schemes aiming at the straightening characteristics of different specifications of plates is an important premise for demonstrating the equipment capacity,conducting structural design and formulating straightening processes.
