摘　　要：在对国内轴承行业相关企业调研及相关专家座谈的基础上,从政策支撑、平台共享、利益分配、复合型人才等方面系统分析了制约国内高端轴承试验资源共用共享的现状及影响因素,并从制度建设、资源优化整合、人才共享等方面就高端轴承共享平台建设提出了建议、措施,为我国高端轴承试验资源实现共享建言献策。Based on the investigation of relevant enterprises in domestic bearing industry and the discussion with relevant experts,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and influencing factors restricting the sharing of domestic high-end bearing test resources from the aspects of policy support,platform sharing,benefit distribution and interdisciplinary talents,and puts forward the suggestions and measures on the construction of high-end bearing sharing platform from the aspects of institutional improvement,resource optimization and integration,and talent sharing,so as to offer advices and suggestions on how to realize the sharing of high-end bearing test resources in China.
