摘  要:针对大型薄壁铝板类零件外形尺寸大,厚度薄,工件刚性差,加工和起吊易变形,复杂孔系加工制造精度控制难度极大的问题,通过改进装夹、选用合适的切削刀具及切削参数等新工艺流程,将大型薄壁铝板的变形量控制在0.5 mm,孔系精度控制在0.1 mm内,较好地满足了设计要求。Aiming at the problems of parts made of large thin-walled aluminum plates with large overall dimensions,thin thickness,poor rigidity of workpiece,easy deformation during machining and lifting,and great difficulty in controlling the machining accuracy of complex hole systems,new technological processes such as improving clamping,selecting suitable cutting tools and cutting parameters have been adopted to keep the deformation amount of large thin-walled aluminum plate within 0.5 mm,and the hole system accuracy within 0.1 mm,which meets well the design requirements.
