摘 要:为了实现同时为多目标提供燃气工质的目的,设计了一种大长径比多喷孔燃气发生器。开展了不同主装药量的燃烧试验,得到了沿轴向分布的多组燃气喷孔同步开启的结果,验证了结构设计的合理性和可靠性,并分析了压力沿轴向的分布规律。基于内弹道理论,建立了燃气发生器工作过程的内弹道数理模型,结果表明模拟值与试验值吻合较好,压力误差不超过2.3%,燃气喷孔响应时间误差不超过6.1%,计算模型准确有效。在此基础上,研究了装药量和结构尺寸对压力的影响。然后,分析了燃气喷孔同步开启规律。发现燃气喷孔响应时间和打开时间随主装药量增加而减短,关系符合一阶指数衰减函数。拟合建立了燃气喷孔响应时间和打开时间的数学模型,拟合优度大于0.98。In order to provide gas working medium for multiple targets at the same time,a multi-nozzle gas generator with large aspect ratio was designed.Combustion experiments with different powder charges were carried out,and the result of synchronous opening of multiple groups of gas nozzles distributed along the axial direction was obtained,which verified the rationality and reliability of the structural design.And the distribution pattern of pressure along the axial direction was analyzed.Based on the internal ballistic theory,a mathematical model of the working process of the gas generator was established.The results show that the simulated values are in good agreement with the experimental values.The pressure error does not exceed 2.3%,and the nozzle response time error does not exceed 6.1%,which proved the accuracy of the internal ballistic model.On this basis,the influence of powder charge and structural size on pressure was studied.Then,the synchronous opening law of the nozzles was analyzed.It is found that the response time and opening time of the nozzles decrease with the increase of the powder charge,and the relationship conforms to the first-order exponential decay function.The mathematical model of the response time and opening time of the nozzles was established by fitting,and the goodness of fit was greater than 0.98.
