摘 要:通过多元热流体注采现场井下挂环表面腐蚀产物形貌和成分的分析,提出了N80钢管柱的腐蚀机理,并通过现场失效管柱的成分分析进行验证;用实验室模拟腐蚀试验研究了多元热流体温度(120~280℃)、CO_(2)分压(2~18 MPa)和O_(2)分压(0~1 MPa)对管柱腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:管柱的腐蚀反应分为CO_(2)腐蚀、O_(2)腐蚀和氢腐蚀3类,现场失效管柱碳含量低于标准要求,验证了腐蚀机理的正确性。随着温度升高,管柱的腐蚀速率先增大后减小再增大;随着CO_(2)分压增大,腐蚀速率先基本不变后增大再趋于稳定;随着O_(2)分压增大,腐蚀速率先急剧增大后趋于稳定。The corrosion mechanism of N80 steel tube was proposed through the analysis of morphology and composition of corrosion products on surface of hanging rings at multiple thermal-fluid injection site,and was verified by the composition analysis of the failed tube at site.The effect of temperature(120-280℃)of multiple thermal-fluid,CO_(2)partial pressure(2-18 MPa)and O_(2)partial pressure(0-1 MPa)on the corrosion behavior of the tube was studied by laboratory simulation corrosion tests.The results show that the corrosion reaction of the tube included CO_(2)corrosion,O_(2)corrosion and hydrogen corrosion.The carbon content of the failed tube at site was lower than the standard requirements,verifying the correctness of the corrosion mechanism.With increasing temperature,the corrosion rate of the tube increased first,then decreased and then increased.With increasing CO_(2)partial pressure,the corrosion rate basically unchanged,then increased and then stabilized.With increasing O_(2)partial pressure,the corrosion rate sharply increased first and then stabilized.
