摘　　要：中心管汇是深水生产系统中最复杂和典型的核心设备之一,管线良好的防腐蚀是确保该设备寿命期内免维护的关键。结合工程应用说明了阴极保护下双相不锈钢管线的防腐蚀涂层的作用,并从表面处理、涂装系统、涂层修复等方面介绍了防腐蚀涂装的过程和检测手段。Central manifold is one of the most complex and typical core equipment in deep water production system.Excellent pipeline corrosion protection is the key to ensure the maintenance free of the equipment in its service life.Combined with engineering application,the function of corrosion protection coating of duplex stainless steel pipeline under cathodic protection is explained,and the process and detection means of corrosion protection coating are introduced from the aspects of surface treatment,coating system and coating repair.
