摘 要:海上天然气处理平台设备因长期在高温、高压、高盐等工况下运行,存在结垢、堵塞等问题后,拆卸清洗耗时、耗力。对天然气处理平台中需频繁拆卸清洗的换热器、自动反冲洗滤器、高温离心泵等设备进行了结垢分析,并通过清洗剂优选、在线清洗工艺设计和牺牲阳极改造等改进措施,解决了海上天然气处理平台设备拆卸清洗难的问题。该方法可为海上其他气田设施开展此类工作提供借鉴和指导。Due to long-term operation under work conditions of high temperature,high pressure and high salt content,the equipment of offshore natural gas treatment platform has problems such as scaling and blockage.Disassembly and cleaning the equipment cost time and energy.Scaling analysis was carried out on the heat exchangers,automatic backwash filters,high temperature centrifugal pumps and other equipment which need frequent disassembly and cleaning.The problems of disassembly and cleaning equipment in the offshore natural gas treatment platform were solved through improvement measures including the optimization of cleaning agent,the design of online cleaning process and the transformation of sacrifical anode.This method can provide reference and promotion for other offshore gas field facilities to carry out such work.
