摘 要:研究了采用新型环保贵金属浸出剂LY-1,从铜阳极泥浮选尾矿中浸出Au、Ag。考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比、溶液pH、浸出剂LY-1质量浓度对Au、Ag浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出时间3 h、浸出温度60℃、液固体积质量比4/1、溶液pH=10、浸出剂LY-1质量浓度45 g/L条件下,Au、Ag浸出率分别可达96%和99%;Au、Ag的浸出动力学符合未反应收缩核模型,受扩散与化学反应混合控制,Au、Ag浸出反应的表观活化能分别为4.056、4.721 kJ/mol。The leaching of Au and Ag from flotation tailings of copper anode slime was studied using a new environmental protection precious metal leaching agent LY-1.The effects of leaching time,leaching temperature,liquid volume-solid mass ratio,solution pH of solution and mass concentration of leaching agent LY-1 on the leaching rate of Au and Ag were investigated.The results show that under the conditons of leaching time of 3 h,leaching temperature of 60℃,liquid volume-solid mass ratio of 4/1,solution pH=10 and LY-1 mass concentration of 45 g/L,the leaching rates of Au and Ag can reach 96%and 99%,respectively.The leaching kinetics of Au and Ag are consistent with the unreacted shrinking core model and are controlled by diffusion and chemical reactions.The apparent activation energies of Au and Ag are 4.056 kJ/mol and 4.721 kJ/mol,respectively.
