摘  要:研究了采用硫酸化焙烧—水浸新工艺从高砷铜冶炼烟尘中浸出铜、锌,考察了焙烧条件和浸出因素对铜、锌浸出行为的影响。结果表明:针对50 g高砷铜冶炼烟尘,在焙烧时间3 h、硫酸添加量0.3 mL/g、无烟煤添加量10%、焙烧温度350℃、浸出温度85℃、搅拌速度400 r/min、固液质量体积比1∶4、浸出时间90 min的最佳工艺条件下,铜、锌浸出率分别达94.5%和99.9%。该法可减少浸出过程产生的含砷废液量,并使铜、锌与铅有效分离,提高铜和锌浸出率。A new process of sulphate roasting—water leaching was used to extract copper and zinc from high arsenic copper smelting dust.The effects of roasting conditions and leaching factors on the leaching rates of copper and zinc were investigated.The results show that for 50 g of high arsenic copper smelting dust,the leaching rates of copper and zinc reach 94.5% and 99%,respectively,under the optimum conditions of roasting time of 3 h,sulfuric acid dosage of 0.3 mL/g,anthracite dosage of 10%,roasting temperature of 350℃,leaching temperature of 85℃,stirring speed of 400 r/min,solid mass-liquid volume ratio of 1∶4,leaching time of 90 min.This method can reduce the amount of arsenic-containing waste liquor from leaching process,and enable to effectively separate copper,zinc and lead,and improve the leaching rate of copper and zinc.
