铜阳极泥脱铜渣中铅的高效浸出试验研究

摘  要:研究了采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)浸出铜阳极泥脱铜渣中铅,考察了各因素对铅浸出率的影响,并探讨了浸出动力学。结果表明:在n(EDTA)/n(Pb)=2/1、溶液pH=5、液固体积质量比4/1、浸出温度323 K、浸出时间120 min条件下,脱铜渣中铅浸出率高达99%,而Au和Ag几乎不损失,可实现进一步富集;浸出过程符合未反应核收缩模型,受扩散与化学反应混合控制,其表观活化能为17.93 kJ/mol。The leaching of lead from decoppering residue of copper anode slime using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt(disodium EDTA)was studied.The influence of various factors on lead leaching rate was investigated,and the leaching kinetics was also discussed.The results show that under the conditions of n(EDTA)/n(Pb)of 2/1,pH=5,liquid volume-solid mass ratio of 4/1,leaching temperature of 323 K,and leaching time of 120 min,the leaching rate of lead in the decoppering residue can reach 99%,the further enrichment of Au and Ag can be achieved with almost no loss.The leaching process conforms to the unreacted shrinking core model,which is controlled by the mixture of diffusion and chemical reaction,and the corresponding apparent activation energy is 17.93 kJ/mol.
