摘  要:在中性地浸采铀中后期,部分采区浸出液的铀浓度低,难以兼顾铀资源回收率与生产成本。为提高铀浸出率、降低生产成本,以内蒙古某中性地浸铀矿山A采区为研究对象,将催化浸出技术引入中性地浸采铀,通过添加催化剂NaNO_(2)提高O_(2)的氧化性能,提升浸出过程中的氧化作用,实现对铀的强化浸出。结果表明:加入NaNO_(2)浸出7 d,铀浸出率提高16%以上,达到了预期浸出效果;通过正交试验确定最佳催化浸出条件为300 mg/L O_(2)、400 mg/L CO_(2)、300 mg/L NaNO_(2)。研究成果可为目标矿山剩余铀资源强化浸出提供技术支撑,对其他类似采区的开采也具有一定指导意义。In the middle and late stages of neutral leaching uranium,the uranium concentration of the leachate in some mining areas is low,and it is difficult to balance the recovery rate of uranium resources and production cost.In order to improve the uranium leaching rate and reduce the production cost,taking the A mining area of a neutral leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia as the research object,the catalytic leaching technology was introduced into the neutral leaching uranium,and the oxygen oxidation performance was improved by adding the catalyst NaNO_(2),and the oxidation in the leaching process was improved to achieve enhanced uranium leaching.The results show that the leaching rate of uranium increases by more than 16% after adding NaNO_(2) for 7 days,and the expected leaching effect is achieved.The optimal catalytic leaching condition preferred in orthogonal test is 300 mg/L O_(2),400 mg/L CO_(2),300 mg/L NaNO_(2).The research results can provide technical support for the enhanced leaching of the remaining uranium resources in the target mine,and also have guiding significance for the development of other similar mining areas.
