摘  要:采用剪切强化氨性浸出工艺处理镍钼矿能同时获得较高的镍、钼浸出率,但浸出过程的动力学和机制尚不明确。研究了某镍钼矿氨高剪切强化氨浸钼的宏观动力学,并探讨了浸出机制。结果表明:镍钼矿高剪切强化氨浸钼的过程更符合Drozdov动力学模型,表观反应速率常数的对数ln k_(m)与1/T之间的关系式为ln k_(m)=-4267/T+7.419,表观活化能为35.48 kJ/mol,反应受表面化学反应控制。The shear enhanced ammonia leaching process can obtain higher nickel and molybdenum leaching rates at the same time,but the kinetics and mechanism of the leaching process remain unclear.The macroscopic kinetics of high shear enhanced ammonia leaching of molybdenum from a nickel molybdenum mine was studied,and the leaching mechanism was discussed.The results show that the leaching process of molybdenum is more consistent with Drozdov kinetic model.The relationship between the logarithm of apparent reaction rate constant ln k_(m) and 1/T of molybdenum leaching process is ln k_(m)=-4267/T+7.419.The apparent activation energy of molybdenum leaching is 35.48 kJ/mol,and the reaction is controlled by surface chemical reaction.
