摘 要:研究了用天然沸石表面负载KMnO_(4)和MnSO_(4)制得锰氧化物制备锰氧化物沸石,并用于吸附去除废水中的锰。通过SEM、EDS、XPS、BET等对锰氧化物沸石的形态和结构等进行了表征。结果表明:锰氧化物沸石组成为MnO_(2)89.08%、MnO 10.92%,与天然沸石相比,比表面积更大,孔径分布范围更广;锰最大吸附量达5.498 mg/g,远远高于天然沸石;锰氧化物沸石过滤柱连续除锰30 d,锰去除率仍能保持95%以上,滤后水锰离子浓度符合国家标准;吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。锰氧化物沸石除锰效果较好,具有一定应用价值。Manganese oxide produced by KMnO_(4) and MnSO_(4) was loaded on the surface of natural zeolite to prepare manganese oxide zeolite.Manganese oxide zeolite was used to adsorb and remove manganese from wastewater.The morphology and structure of manganese oxide zeolite were characterized by SEM,EDS,XPS and BET.The results show that the composition of manganese oxide zeolite is 89.08%MnO_(2) and 10.92%MnO.Compared with natural zeolite,the specific surface area is larger and the pore size distribution is wider.The maximum adsorption capacity of manganese oxide zeolite is 5.498 mg/g,which is much higher than that of natural zeolite.After manganese oxide zeolite filter column removed manganese continuously for 30 days,the manganese removal rate remained above 95%,and the manganese ion concentration in the filtered water met the national standard.The adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Manganese oxide zeolite has good manganese removal effect and has certain application value.
