摘  要:以工业氢氧化铝为原料,研究了采用重溶-重结晶法在超声波和热盐酸溶液协同作用下合成δ-HPMA纳米颗粒吸附剂,并用于吸附废水中的刚果红。结果表明:所制备δ-HPMA纳米颗粒纯度高达99.958%,杂质总脱除率为98.031%,比表面积102.35 m^(2)/g,孔隙体积0.12 cm^(3)/g,孔径6.5 nm;在温度25℃、吸附剂用量100 mg、刚果红质量浓度10 mg/L、pH=4最佳条件下吸附240 min,刚果红平衡吸附量为15.56 mg/g,去除率为77.80%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型。Using industrial alumina hydroxide as raw material to synthesize the δ-HPMA nanoparticle adsorbent by the synergistic action of ultrasonic and hot hydrochloric acid solution using the redissolution-recrystallization method was studied,and it was used to adsorb Congo red in wastewater.The results showed that the purity of the preparedδ-HPMA nanoparticles is 99.958%,the total impurity removal rate is 98.031%,the specific surface area is 102.35 m 2/g,the pore volume is 0.12 cm 3/g,and the pore diameter is 6.5 nm.Under the optimum conditions of a temperature of 25℃,adsorbent dosage 100 mg,the Congo red mass concentration of 10 mg/L,and pH of 4 for 240 min,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of Congo red is 15.56 mg/g,and the removal rate is 77.80%.The adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.
