摘 要:选取高速印刷机送纸机构的演化型为研究对象,对释放凸轮轴心的浮动滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构第Ⅱ类尺寸综合问题进行深度研究。通过释放凸轮轴心O1于机架平面∑_(0)不同位置,探究由此导致的瞬时区间套[v_(C1),v_(C2)]性态多样性。进一步研究求解∑_(0)上凸轮轴心解域Π[α](x,y)及其形态特征。通过构建空间曲面S_(r0 min),揭示谷脊线J和谷底点P^(*)等的存在性和重要意义,给出最紧凑机构尺寸解的求解步骤,并用算例进行了验证,丰富、拓展了浮动滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构第Ⅱ类尺寸综合问题的内涵。In this article,with the focus on the evolution of the high-speed printing machine's feeding mechanism,efforts are made to explore the second-dimensional synthesis task of the disc cam mechanism with floating roller push rod featuring the cam-center release.By releasing the cam center O_(1)at different positions on the frame plane ∑_(0),the diversity of instantaneous nested interval[v_(C1),v_(C2)] is analyzed,and further studies are carried out on the solution area Ⅱ _(a(x,y))of the cam center on the frame plane ∑_(0) and its morphological characteristics.By constructing the spatial surface S_(r0 min),the existence and significance of the valley-ridge line J and the valley-bottom point P^(*),etc.are revealed;the procedure for working out the most-compact size solution is given and verified with some arithmetic examples.This research has enriched and expanded abundance of the class-Ⅱ dimensional synthesis task of the disc cam mechanism with floating roller push rod.
