摘　　要：针对我国西部土地荒漠化、沙漠化严重的现状和传统治沙设备效率低、成本高、原材料消耗大及智能化程度低等问题,以硬质草为原材料,设计了智能化硬质草沙障固沙装备。该装备由雷沃欧豹M1854-G拖拉机与固沙机组成,其中,拖拉机作为底盘,固沙机由齿形输杆传送系统、弹性夹持换向轮、升降控深装置、行距调整装置、液压系统、气动系统和电气控制系统等组成。该设备采用模块化设计,方便调整行距,便于在不同的地形、环境中作业,适应性强。每台设备配置两套完全独立的装置,相互配合且互不干涉,每套装置单独植入硬质草料。实际应用表明:研发的智能化硬质草沙障固沙装备植草速度快、性能良好、操作方便、智能化程度高。该设备的成功研制提高了以硬质草为沙障原料的利用率,保证了固沙质量,对于治理和防止土地沙化具有十分重要的意义。Since western China suffers from serious land desertification and traditional sand-fixation equipment suffers from low efficiency,high cost,high consumption of raw ingredients and low intelligence,in this article,with hard grass as the original materials,the intelligent sand-fixation equipment for hard-grass sand barriers is designed.The equipment is composed of the M1854-G tractor and the sand-fixation machine.The tractor is regarded as chassis;the sand-fixation device is made up of toothed rod transmission system,elastic clamping steering wheel,lifting depth-control device,line-spacing adjustment facility,hydraulic system,pneumatic system and electrical control system.Moreover,the equipment with modular design is easy to adjust the row spacing;thus,it can operate in different terrain and environment,with desirable adaptability.Each equipment has two sets of completely-independent installation,which cooperates and does not interfere with each other.Every device is separately implanted into hard grass.The practical projects indicate that the intelligent sand-fixation equipment for hard-grass sand barriers has such advantages as high grass-planting speed,good performance,easy operation and high intelligence.In particular,the equipment which is developed successfully improves the utilization rate of hard-grass as the raw materials of sand barriers on one hand and ensures the quality of sand-fixation,which is essential to control and prevent land desertification.
