摘  要:通过分析三种热强钛合金压气机盘锻件标准及实物在显微组织、力学性能以及取样部位差异,发现轮缘、幅板、轮毂为显微组织检验部位,三种钛合金实物组织破碎充分,均符合标准要求;轮毂部位需检测高温拉伸、高温持久性能,力学性能取样部位与检测项目符合压气机轮盘承载情况;另外幅板部位可考虑检测疲劳性能与断裂韧度,三种钛合金实物锻件力学性能满足标准要求,三种钛合金在我国的应用逐渐成熟。By analyzing the differences of microstructure,mechanical properties,and sampling location of the three types of thermal-strength titanium alloy compressor disc forging standards and physical objects.It is found that the rim,plate and hub are the microstructure inspection location.The physical structure of the three titanium alloys is fully broken and meets the standard requirements.The high-temperature tensile and high-temperature durability should be detected for the hub part.The mechanical property sampling location and the test item meet the bearing condition of the compressor disk.In addition,it should be considered that the fatigue performance and fracture toughness can be carried out for the plate part.The mechanical properties of the three types of titanium alloy physical forgings meet the standard requirements.The application of the three types of titanium alloys in China is gradually mature.
