摘  要:为探讨大断面长距离矩形顶管施工控制技术,依托重庆路下穿穗莞深城际高速矩形顶管工程,根据触变泥浆套的完整性调整摩擦系数,建立顶推力计算力学模型,分析计算顶推力。结合构筑物情况和实际施工数据,对顶进过程中的顶推力、顶进速度、刀盘扭矩和转速特征进行了分析。结果表明:顶推力在施工中逐渐增加,顶推力的稳定性对土体沉降影响较大;顶进速度越大则地表沉降越大,在顶进过程中顶进速度控制在6~10 mm/min为宜;顶进中构筑物的存在会降低刀盘扭矩的稳定性,而刀盘扭矩稳定性降低会导致构筑物沉降,刀盘扭矩对于完工通道也有较大的扰动。In order to discuss the construction control technology of large cross-sectional long⁃distance rectangular pipe jacking,the rectangular pipe jacking project of Guangzhou⁃Dongguan⁃Shenzhen intercity high⁃speed railway under Chongqing Road is selected as the research object.The friction coefficient is adjusted according to the integrity of thixotropic mud sleeve,the jacking force calculation mechanical model is established,and the jacking force is analyzed and calculated.Considering the structure situation and the construction data,the characteristics of jacking force,jacking speed,cutter head torque and speed in the process of jacking are analyzed.The results show that:1)the jacking force increases gradually during construction,but the stability of jacking force has a great impact on soil settlement;2)the greater the jacking speed is,the greater the ground settlement is,so it is appropriate to control the jacking speed at 6~10 mm/min in the process of jacking;3)the existence of structures in jacking will reduce the stability of cutter head torque,and the reduction of cutter head torque stability will also lead to the settlement of structures,and the cutter head torque also has a great disturbance to the completed channel.
