摘 要:提出一种新型高升压比SEPIC变换器。该变换器具有连续输入电流的优点,可降低光伏直流侧输入电压纹波。与传统无耦合电感SEPIC变换器拓扑相比,它可以在较小的占空比下提供较高的电压增益。因此,在给定电压增益下,较小的占空比可以明显降低电感的电流纹波,降低传导损耗,并减少开关器件的电压应力。分析了连续导通模式和断续模式的工作原理,比较了多个相似工作。最后,搭建100 W的实验样机,实验结果证明所提变换器拓扑的正确性和可行性。A novel single ended primary inductor converter with high voltage rise ratio is proposed. The converter has the advantage of continuous input current and can reduce the input voltage ripple on the DC side of photovoltaic. Compared with the traditional SEPIC converter topology without coupled inductor, it can provide higher voltage gain under small duty cycle. Therefore, under a given voltage gain, a small duty cycle can significantly reduce the current ripple of the inductor, reduce the conduction loss, and reduce the voltage stress of the switching device. In addition, the working principles of continuous conduction mode and intermittent mode are analyzed, and several similar operations are compared. Finally, a 100 W experimental prototype is built, and the experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed converter topology.
