摘  要:针对当前MIPI接口的高分辨率TFT-LCD(液晶显示屏)光电校正基本是手动校正,或者部分自动校正现状,搭建了适合目前高分辨率液晶显示的ARM+FPGA+双SSD2828光电自动校正系统,实现了GAMMA2.2、Flicker最佳Vcom自动校正算法的优化,改善了影响高分辨率TFT-LCD显示品质的亮度、暗度、对比度、色度、闪烁等光电参数,提升了显示品质。实验结果表明该系统可支持2 K×4 K高分辨率TFT-LCD,刷新率最高可达144 Hz。整体校正时间稳定在30 s,满足厂线快速生产的需要,且校正系统成本低、系统升级方便,在显示技术行业具有较强的应用价值。In view of the current situation that the photoelectric correction of high-resolution TFT-LCD(liquid crystal display)with MIPI interface is basically manual correction or partial automatic correction, ARM+FPGA+dual SSD2828 photoelectric automatic correction system suitable for the current high-resolution liquid crystal display is built, realizing the optimization of GAMMA2.2,Flicker's best Vcom automatic correction algorithm, and improving the brightness, darkness, contrast, chroma, flicker and other photoelectric parameters, and improving the display quality. The experimental results show that the system can support 2 K×4 K high-resolution TFT-LCD,with a refresh rate up to 144 Hz. The overall calibration time is stable at 30 s, which meets the needs of rapid production of the plant line. The calibration system has the advantages of low cost and convenient system upgrade, so it has strong application value in the display technology industry.
