摘 要:在建筑行业中,暖通空调的能耗占比很大,特别对于公共建筑与大型建筑,由于暖通空调应用率很大,同时建筑面积较大,因此能耗惊人。为更好地实现暖通空调的运行优化控制,设计暖通空调变风量制热能耗精准监控平台。该平台由传感器模块、控制器模块、异常数据处理模块构成。在传感器模块中,设计三种传感器,分别为压力传感器、温度传感器、气体流量传感器,利用三种传感器收集数据信息。在控制器模块中,设计的控制器由电源电路、预驱电路、最小系统应用电路等构成,以此实现平台监控,综合传感器数据获取监控结果。异常数据处理模块负责对监控数据中的异常能耗数据实施识别与清洗。平台性能测试结果表明,在每天6 h的测试中,设计平台制热能耗监控数据的平均绝对误差值低于1.0 kWh,最大绝对误差值约为1.12 kWh,平均相对误差值低于0.2%,最大相对误差值为0.189%,整体监控误差很小。In the construction industry, the energy consumption of HVAC accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption, especially for public buildings and large buildings. Due to the large application rate of HVAC,and the building area being large, the energy consumption is amazing. In order to better realize the optimal control of HVAC operation, a precise monitoring platform for HVAC variable air volume heating energy consumption is designed. The platform is composed of a sensor module, a controller module and an abnormal data processing module. In the sensor module, three kinds of sensors are designed, namely pressure sensor, temperature sensor and gas flow sensor, which are used to collect data information. In the controller module, the designed controller is composed of power supply circuit, pre-drive circuit, minimum system application circuit, etc.,so as to achieve platform monitoring and obtain monitoring results by integrating sensor data. The abnormal data processing module is responsible for identifying and cleaning the abnormal energy consumption data in the monitoring data. The platform performance test results show that during the six-hour test every day, the average absolute error value of the heating energy consumption monitoring data of the designed platform is less than 1.0 kWh, the maximum absolute error value is about 1.12 kWh, the average relative error value is less than 0.2%,the maximum relative error value is 0.189%,and the overall monitoring error is very small.
