摘　　要：家族档案建设意识的薄弱和相应规范的缺乏,使匮乏的家族档案资源在“寻根热”浪潮中愈显掣襟肘见,难以发挥对于国家认同的重要作用。本文从家族档案概念出发,剖析家族档案建设难点问题,提出我国档案馆建设家族档案的路径。The weak consciousness of family archives construction and the lack of corresponding norms make the scarce family archives resources become more and more conspicuous in the tide of“searching for roots”,and it is difficult to play an important role in the national identity.The paper starts from the concept of family archives,analyzes the difficulties in the construction of family archives,and puts forward the way of building family archives in China.
